Exchanges and Returns

You can return your order up to 14 days after receipt, and we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your account within five business days of receiving the return shipment.

Returns are easy in three simple steps:

Step 1: Download the returns form here and complete it in full.

Step 2: Send your order. Send the items along with the completed returns form to the address on the returns form. Make sure to provide the package with a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the return, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account. Once we receive the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your bank account within five business days.
