Ordering and Delivery

Question: When can I expect my order?
Answer: The average delivery time is 5-14 days. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. Thanks to this unique business model, we save significantly on storage and transport costs, which allows us to offer products at a lower price than our competitors and cover the shipping costs ourselves.

Question: The expected delivery time has passed. Where is my order?!
Answer: In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. However, sometimes an order may be delayed during the delivery process. If you have not received your order 3 days after the expected delivery date, please contact us.

Question: Some items are missing from my order. How is that possible?
Answer: Because we work with multiple suppliers, items may be shipped separately. If any items from your order are missing, you will usually receive them within 2-3 days. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Question: What are the shipping costs?
Answer: Shipping costs are covered by us.

Exchanges and Returns

Question: I’m not satisfied with my order. Can I return it?
Answer: Yes. You can return any order within 14 days.

Question: I want to return an item. What should I do?
Answer: If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 14 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition with all labels and tags attached. The product must show no signs of use. Returns must always include a Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the return shipment. Once we receive the returned items, we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your account within 14 days. >> Click Here for our return policy.

Question: The Track & Trace code does not provide any information. What should I do?
Answer: Track & Trace information becomes available as soon as your package arrives at the courier service. Please note that there may be a slight delay.
